As the life force and manifestation of All That Is, Shakti’s activated feminine energy appears in many forms. You may encounter her presence on the meditation pillow, or in the swaying of trees, or in the warm face of a dear friend. She activates all things in the manifest world – including your workout class! Shake your Shakti feminine dance fitness invites you to shake, shimmy, and undulate, releasing stress and building strength and fluidity in the body. There are many health benefits to belly dance technique. The movements are both beautiful and require strength, in the most feminine of ways. Come explore the way a woman moves. This is a dance technique class inviting you to love your body and challenge it in new and exciting ways.
